1- REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the services of Bahisal and request a refund, you must notify us through the customer service in writing within 14 days of the deposit transaction. After receiving your refund request, Bahisal will initiate the review process and make the final decision in accordance with the refund policy. If the refund request is approved, the refund will be made by the transfer method to be determined by Bahisal. Any commission deduction due to the transfer will be covered by Bahisal. The refund process takes place within 14 days after the refund request of the customer. The refund process is completed within 2-5 business days following Bahisal's approval of the refund request. However, this period may vary depending on the procedures of the transfer method.
2- GENERAL REFUND TERMS
Financial transactions such as money transfer, balance transfer, etc. cannot be made during the refund process.
If a bet is placed before the refund process is finalized, no refund will be accepted regardless of the outcome of the bet.
The refund request should be placed in writing via email to be sent from the email address registered to the membership account to the [email protected] e-mail address with the information recorded at the 'my profile' section of Bahisal.
Refund requests will only be accepted via e-mail. Refund requests not reported within 14 days of the deposit transaction will not be accepted.
3- REFUND IN UNCOMPLETED DEPOSIT TRANSACTIONS
Please connect to Bahisal live support line and ask for information about the state of your pending deposit request. In these cases, you can contact us by calling +44 7441 392952 or via the [email protected] e-mail address, or request a call from the customer representative via the live support line. If the deposit transaction is not completed yet, your refund request will be declined. If the transaction is completed at a later date, depending on the procedures of the transfer method in which the transaction is carried out, a new request for refund must be submitted within 14 days following the transfer of the amount to the balance of Bahisal.
4- REQUEST FOR A REFUND IN CASE OF ACCOUNT IN DEBIT
Depending on the Bahisal withdrawal conditions, the user must bet on the specified amounts for the withdrawal to take place. If the balance is in debit as a result of betting, the user's request for a refund will be declined. Regardless of whether the current current balance is over or under the amount deposited, as a result of betting at least for once, no payment shall be made to the user until the minimum amount of betting is met by the user.
